My Journey to Living Hack: Turning Pain into Purpose

The loss of my mother to suicide marked a turning point in my life. It was a pain that felt insurmountable, but out of that darkness, I found a purpose that became the foundation of Living Hack.

From Architecture to Production Design

My professional journey began in architecture. I loved the precision and creativity it demanded, designing spaces that balanced form and function. However, as time went on, I found myself yearning for something more dynamic and imaginative. This desire led me to production design, a field that allowed me to bring entire worlds to life through set design. I traveled across the globe, working on diverse projects that pushed my creative boundaries and exposed me to new cultures and experiences.

Embracing Change

The constant movement and thrill of new adventures made me question the static nature of my life in Paris. I realized that the traditional path I was on wasn’t where my heart truly lay. So, I made a bold decision: I left the bustling streets of Paris for the tranquility of an island. This wasn’t just a change of location—it was an embrace of a lifestyle that aligned with my inner desires for peace, creativity, and a deeper connection to nature.

Living Hack: A Tribute to Resilience

In the wake of my mother's passing, I felt a resolve taking root within me. I promised myself that her death would not be in vain. Living Hack was born from this promise. It’s a business dedicated to providing practical tools, insights, and a supportive community for those striving to improve their daily lives and build resilience. Every product and service is designed to help people navigate their struggles, celebrate small victories, and live fully despite the obstacles they face.

Finding Balance

Now, I wake up to the sound of waves and the sight of endless horizons. This island life fuels my creativity in ways I never imagined. It provides the perfect backdrop for my work, allowing me to draw inspiration from the natural beauty around me. More importantly, it offers a balance I had been seeking—a harmony between work and life, creativity and calm.

A Lifeline for Others

Living Hack is more than a business; it’s a tribute to my mother and a testament to the human spirit’s incredible capacity for resilience. It’s about turning pain into purpose and using our vulnerabilities as stepping stones to a better life. Through Living Hack, I hope to help others find their way through the darkness, showing them they are not alone and that hope is always within reach.

Living the Dream

This journey from architecture to production design and finally to island living has been one of self-discovery and courage. It taught me the importance of listening to my inner voice and pursuing a life that truly resonates with my passions and values. Now, I’m living my dream, and every day I feel grateful for the path that brought me here.
